Quick answer
An ISP proxy is a static IP address registered to a consumer internet provider rather than to a hosting company, served from a fast, always-on connection. You get an address that IP databases file under a home-internet ISP, at the speed and uptime of a server. At SocksNode each one is yours alone for the whole rental, from 7 to 360 days, in the United States and 23 other countries, with HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 on separate ports. You pay per address per period, 100 GB of traffic is included for every 30 days, and the price per IP drops from the tenth address on. Live prices are in the table below.

What an ISP proxy is
Every IP address is registered to an organisation, and anti-fraud systems read that registration first. Addresses registered to hosting companies and cloud providers are treated as servers; addresses registered to consumer internet providers are treated as people. A rotating residential proxy borrows the second kind from real devices, so the address changes and the connection is only as good as someone's home line.
An ISP proxy keeps the registration and drops the instability. The address belongs to a consumer ISP's range, but it is not a phone or a laptop that can go offline: it stays up, it stays the same, and it is used by nobody else while you rent it. That is why it is also called a static residential proxy.
ISP proxies in the US
The United States is one of the 24 countries we sell ISP proxies in, together with the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, India, Brazil, Canada and others listed below. You choose the country at checkout, and every country costs the same, so a US ISP IP is not priced above a European one.
Because the address is registered to an American consumer ISP, US sites see a domestic home-internet customer rather than a data centre, and because it never changes, an account that logs in from it every day keeps seeing the same visitor.
ISP proxy, rotating residential or static datacenter?
The three answer different questions. Rotating residential proxies give you millions of home addresses that change per request or per session; they are billed per gigabyte and they are the right tool for collecting data at volume. A static datacenter IP is a fixed address with no traffic meter, the cheapest way to hold one address, but it is registered to a hosting company and many sites treat it that way.
An ISP proxy sits between them: fixed like a datacenter IP, registered like a residential one. Choose it when a site needs to see the same trustworthy address every time. Choose rotating residential when you need many addresses, and a static datacenter IP when the destination only checks that the address is fixed.
Fair use and limits
Each ISP IP includes 100 GB of traffic for every 30 days of rental, or 25 GB on a 7-day rental, and up to 100 connections at once. Past the traffic limit the address is slowed until you renew it; a new IP does not reset it. If you need more traffic than that, buy several IPs or move the heavy work to rotating residential, which is billed by the gigabyte with no expiry.
These addresses carry HTTP and SOCKS5 over TCP only. For UDP, use rotating residential or an IP Vault address instead.
Renewal: the same IP for as long as you need it
Auto-renew is on from the start: we renew from your balance three days before the end date, and you can switch it off at any time. You can also renew by hand, one address or many at once. A renewal keeps the same IP, the same ports and the same credentials, so nothing in your setup has to change.
Longer rentals cost less per day. A 360-day rental is far cheaper per month than twelve 30-day ones, and a 7-day rental is the most expensive per day: it exists for testing before you commit.
Volume pricing
The price per IP drops at 10, 21, 50 and 100 addresses, and the discount applies to every period. The table above shows the price per IP at each step for a 30-day rental, read from the same price list the checkout charges.

Frequently asked questions
Are ISP proxies residential?
The address is registered to a consumer internet provider, so IP databases list it under that ISP rather than under a hosting company. It is not a device in someone's home, which is why it stays online and keeps the same address for the whole rental.
Can I buy ISP proxies in the US?
Yes. The United States is one of the 24 countries on sale, and it costs the same as every other country. You pick it at checkout.
Is an ISP proxy shared with other customers?
No. The address is yours alone for as long as you rent it.
How much traffic is included?
100 GB per IP for each 30 days of rental, 25 GB on a 7-day rental, with up to 100 connections at once. Past the limit the IP is slowed until it is renewed.
Does an ISP proxy support SOCKS5?
Yes. Every address has an HTTP(S) port and a SOCKS5 port. UDP is not supported.
Do I keep the same IP when I renew?
Yes. Renewing, automatically or by hand, keeps the same IP, ports and credentials.
